We've always been interested in big ideas, ideas that have the capacity to change the world.  As millenials we believe in Corporate Social Responsiblity, The Triple Bottom Line: People, Planet & Profit, and the idea that people want to purchase a product because of the social aspect just as much as the functional aspect.  This is emulated in companies like TOMS Shoes and Stoneyfield Farms. 

 

It has been shown that for every dollar a woman earns in a developing nation, she invests $0.80 in her family. Men, on the otherhand invest only $0.30 of every dollar back into his family.  Without proper acces to menstrual health managment, woman are missing up to 60 days a year of school or work, losing valuable access to education and income that can help them improve their lives and their countries.

 

With this in mind we have developed the Tampout business model. As a buy one give one femine hygiene product retailer, every monthly subscription to our feminine hygiene products, Tampout will donate cultural equivalents to help woman in developing countries.
